POWER OF ATTORNEY PRIMER

In addition to estate planning for the disposition of property, it is also important to plan ahead for cases of incapacity or disability. This planning includes the creation of agents to carry on financial and health care decisions of a planner (in this case, known as the principal) when the principal cannot do so for whatever reason.

Prepare powers of attorney for health care or property.

Fees 

  

Generally, powers of attorney are included in our full estate planning will and trust drafting services. 

However, in the event that only a power of attorney is necessary, We are happy to prepare these documents and consult with regard to them for a fee of $175 per power or $225 for both.
